Thanksgiving
Upper York School students and staff took part in a Thanksgiving lunch. While the lunch looked a lot different than it has in previous years, we were all able to take time to relax and enjoy.
Halloween
No tricks just treats! Upper York School staff and students showed off their great costumes and enjoyed a few treats.
Remembrance Day
UYS staff and students held an assembly to remember and honor those who sacrificed so much for our freedom.
Mid-Autumn Festival
Upper York School took some time to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Fesitval. Staff and students were given moon cakes and reflected on all the things we can be thankful for this year.
Learning Station
This semester Writer’s Craft Class has created a Writing Station which is a special method for teaching and informing the knowledge of English writing, different types of essays, making all students feel included and being more familiar with each other at UYS. Students can share their writing skills and knowledge through the writing station, which is a great opportunity to learn from each other.
Fit Fridays
Every Friday staff and students get up and get active! Each week is a different activity such as basketball, dance classes, badminton, skipping and going for a walk. Check out all the fun we have!
